1. Hardware
It is the most essential component of a CBIS (Computer Based Information System). In a CBIS, we need hardware to transfer data, like a computer or a phone. The computer's physical components that we can see and touch are called hardware. Example: Monitor, Keyboard, Processor, Mouse, Printer, etc.
2. Software
It is an essential component of CBIS (Computer-Based Information systems), which are different programs. The software enables the hardware to process the data. We cannot process the data without software. Example: Windows, MS Word, MS Excell, etc.
3. Task / DataBase
An information technology database is a component that makes it easier to organize files, folders, and tables by putting them in one place. People can access the particular information they want very quickly.
4. Procedure
